DosUSB is free for personal use. See the LICENCE.TXT file in the download package for details.

For commercial applications site licences and source code licences are available.

A site licence covering an unlimited amount of PC's within a company or packaged with a system for resale is available for 500 Euros. The price for a source code licence is 1000 Euros.
